Simply Simple Granola!

My family loves granola..granola with yogurt, granola with milk, granola cookies, granola by the handful!  Here is a really easy recipe for a really simple granola.
Preheat the oven to 250'.
Combine in a large mixing bowl:
2C. whole wheat flour
6C. rolled oats
1C. coconut
1C. wheat germ
Blend together separately:
1/2C. water
1C. oil
1C. honey or corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1T. salt
Add blended liquids to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread out on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until dry and golden.
Store in a covered container.
